All property owners can access the Memorial Springs Pool. You will simply need to contact CKM Property Management at 281-255-3055 or visit our office or complete the below forms and return them to ckm1@ckm1.com to obtain your pool cards. There is no charge for the first two cards assigned to a property owner any cards afterwards will be $25.00 a piece. If you would like to make this payment online please do so thru the Make a Payment Tab on the website.

The Memorial Springs board has now implemented an Adult Swim Time. In order to gain access to the pool during adult swim a property owner must have the below waiver signed by all adults in the household. Please take a minute to carefully read the waiver before returning the signed form to CKM Property Management.
